An important item on the agenda is the nomination of new board members. At the previous ALV, our chairman Leo Samama already indicated that he will step down this year. Treasurer Bram de Ronde is also stepping down mid-term and Hanneke Taat is not standing for re-election after two full terms. Fortunately, the board is able to nominate two new board members, namely Robert Koch and Liesbeth Reijerkerk. After their appointment by the ALV, they will serve as chairman and treasurer, respectively. Counter-candidates may be nominated. This nomination by at least three members must be submitted in writing to the board before the start of the meeting.
The agenda and related documents will be available for download on the site from the end of March. Members who attended the previous annual meeting will be sent the documents by e-mail.
