Tania Kross, Randal Corsen and ZO! Gospel Choir in Musis

Tania Kross brings the warmth of her Curaçao native soil to Dutch Christmas. Together with pianist Randal Corsen and the ZO! Gospel Choir, the cheerful mezzo-soprano will make it a swinging Christmas with her powerful voice and charismatic performance.

White Christmas and Silent Night are joined by Antillean vibes, uplifting gospel, and tantalising jazz. A colourful, warm, festive and recognisable Christmas concert full of surprises.

Tania Kross is a mezzo-soprano of the outer category. We rarely see and hear her in mainstream opera houses anymore; she makes her own programmes and does what she likes and cares about. Her own Curaçao roots play a big part in this. Hence, she brings back islander, pianist and composer Randal Corsen and hence she has invited the now 15-year-old ZO! Gospel Choir. The choir was founded in the Bijlmer and is conducted by Berget Lewis and Shirma Rouse.
