biography

Victoria Dmitrieva began studying piano and flute at an early age at the Music School in Pskov (Russia). In 2000, she graduated with pianist Nadezhda Eismont at the Rimsky-Korsakow Conservatory in St Petersburg. She pursued her further education in the Netherlands.

Victoria received her bachelor (2004) from the Prince Claus Conservatoire in Groningen and her master in 2007 with Paul Komen at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague, and in 2008 from the same conservatoire her bachelor fortepiano with Bart van Oort.

Since then, she has focused on chamber music and song repertoire. For instance, she is part of the Olivier Greif Ensemble, of which her piano trio with Anne-Elise Thouvenin (cello) and Jesús Jimenez (violin) is the core, and plays with the same cellist as the Antares Duo. With soprano Varvara Tishina she forms the ViVa duo.
Victoria works as a repetiteur at the Prince Claus Conservatoire (classical singing course) and is regularly asked as pianist/coach for master classes by Margreet Honing, Miranda van Kralingen, Marion van den Akker, Johannette Zomer, Hanneke de Wit, Marcel Reijans, Amand Hekkers and Marcel Boone.

With soprano Varvara Tishina, she joined the society's soloist roster in October 2017.
