Experiencing the night with music; each sequence symbolises a phase. The imaginative world of lullabies, nocturnal adventures and dreams is entered. Until Aurore illuminates the sky again with her pink fingers and the veil of night gives way to dawn, the start of day. A programme of songs by Schumann, Britten, Mahler, Rachmaninov, Messiaen and Bosmans.
